This store is utter chaos! Believe me, your packages are safer being delivered to your front door! This is the second package from Amazon they have lost. Their response? “Amazon says they deliver, but they don’t, we will let you know if we come across it.” The 2 girls working the front were not interested in looking around their cluttered store. Just excuses.

I had my brother drop off a valuable TR-3A hardtop to be carefully packaged and shipped to Myrtle Beach, SC. The cost to ship was over 400. When it arrived in SC I could not believe how unprofessionally it was packaged. The hardtop itself was not secured to the pallet. They used single wall cardboard to protect the top with weak corner protectors, all held together with fiber bands. The fiber banding was OK, except that the banding was too strong for the flimsy cardboard box. The entire package arrived skewed on the pallet because the flimsy construction and weakness of the cardboard protection allowed the single cardboard sides to be bent in. This in turn caused the hardtop to be bent. The hardtop was damaged and the rear window was broken out. It's a 1,500 fix, however I didn't file a claim. I'm just going to post this review and let others beware, and warn them to just mail letters. Perhaps Pak Mail can handle that.
I LOVE this store. I have been shipping my custom mosaic art through Monica and her awesome crew now for almost 4 years. They are kind, courteous, excellent at packing fragile art work, and always go the extra mile.
I've had personal mailbox services before Pak Mail and this is by far the best experience I've had. The owners and staff have always been friendly and pro-active when sending or even receiving packages. They really know their services and know exactly what to offer when I come in. They will give me all of my options for the most affordable depending on my needs. I've been with them for 5 years now.
WARNING!! I dropped my package off with a prepaid label and was told to place it in one of the many piles around the store. I did as told and they said they would take care of it. I left the store only to find out that they had NOT scanned it into their system! So my 300 return will not be refunded! When dropping a prepaid package at this location make sure they scan it into their system before leaving it in one of the piles!
Great service and NO service charge! Tried a different company in FM for convenience and walked back out... they wanted to charge me a 10 service charge (since i didnt have to stand in line at the Post office.) I dont think so!
This Pak Mail is the greatest...so handy and they're super friendly and nice. Highly recommend!
