I have been there by now at least 15 times. Here is my honest review: Most amazing authentic yemeni/arabic food you can find in Berlin. Served by the worst service I have ever seen anywhere in the world. Food: 5 Stars Location: 4 Stars (because they don’t care about masks in Corona times and glasses could be cleaner, one could argue that’s also service) Service: 1 Star Waiting time: 3 Stars This place has a potential of being an amazing restaurant if the management decided to hire professional caterers. From personal experience, 8 out of my 15 orders were wrong (missing items or things I didn’t order). 6 out of 15 where charged differently (sometimes they charge for rice and some times no). Huge organizational mess due to the lack of professionalism. However the owner seems to be a decent man and care about the quality of the food and location. I hope he considers changing his service staff and hire a kitchen supervisor. Would I recommend it? For food yes. If you are looking for a good experience, then No.

I wouldn't go back there and won't recommend it to anyone. Terrible service, infact they dont understand what service is! When our food arrived it came without the main dish for my wife. I waited and waited no one approached. I could see them chatting and serving their "own people". Finally after waiting for 20 minutes, I had to ask them twice before the missing dish arrived after 35 minutes. Not even an apology. Obviously till then I finished my cold food. I had to oder a new position of rice so that my wife won't have to eat alone. They should have at least apologized and offered a tea or the additional rice free as a gesture good will. This place is probably only meant for their own people. The food was authentic.

Food was ok, the portion was big for the price. But the service definitely needs improvement.
Wonderful, there I tested and enjoyed the original and delicious yemeni dishes.
