I waited a little longer than I prefer but the MA was so sweet with my 2 boys. She addressed them, not me, for questions. She also let my youngest get pretty much in her way so he could watch what she was doing to his big brother. I'm gonna call him Dr. M because I can't pronounce his name.....he was so nice! He talked to my son's about school, what they do for fun etc. I was then offered flu shots for both which I agreed to move forward with and told the MA she would need help. She was very patient, explained what she was doing step by step and how it would feel to my son's. My boy's are TERRIFIED of needles but she didn't let them see the needle and wouldn't you know my son didn't even flinch!! The MA who came to help decided to do my youngest son's shot and again told him every step. Neither of my boys cried!!! I was very happy with this visit which, to be 100% honest, I was surprised about. I'm also a medical professional so I tend to be picky and I wasn't happy about changing my son's PCP but I'm pleasantly surprised!!

I would give a negative rating but 1 is as low as you can get. First they never answer the phone, My mother is 84, has advanced Parkinson's,osteoporosis, pain from a previous broken back, She recently had a fall and fractured her pelvis in two place, due to COVID we chose as a family to care for our mother at home, my sister is an ER Nurse, that deals with trauma and has ICU experience. We are all set up with therapists , equipment, the only problem we are having is with this Valleywise. They never follow through with anything. Meds are never called in, my mother is in extreme pain and cannot get out of bed and be driven to a doctors office. The doctor is great but you can not have a part time doctor care for patients, its Wednesday and my sister was told she'd have to wait until the doctor is in the office next Tuesday. , Plus they keep wanting to make an appointment for every pill, my mother has taken the same medication since she broke her back over 14 years ago, They were suppose to mail lab orders so the lab could come to the house and draw blood. They should have arrive days ago, I called this afternoon and no labs were mailed. My brothers are both doctors in San Diego and they said they would fire the staff for their incompetence. How many seniors citizens have to suffer how many people who cannot protect themselves have to suffer due to incompetence and poor customer patient service. We love our mother, the doctor is okay but they need to to get it together because they will be sued. Don't take your loved ones here. Ghetto service, they treat their job as if they are minimum wage employees.

Could not be happier . Went in for my yearly checkup , also took my kids in as well. All of the staff was fantastic , very informative , and answered all of our questions.

Stacy Sanchez is an amazing provider!! I have been a patient of hers for a few years. Never have I left her office feeling unheard. She really cares and that's what led me to follow her to this location... It's so hard to find good care by people who really care nowadays. I can't speak on the other drs because I've never seen them but if you give Stacy a chance you will be happy you did! Just called to make an appointment and found out she is no longer with them!!

If you don’t like working in customer service then find a new job. Everyone here is really nice but when you call there’s a women name sue or Susan and she’s RUDE. She has nothing but attitude and no manners. I sure did hang up in her face because I was nothing but nice and polite and she was plain and simple rude.
