Where can I even start, LONGO IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! This is not my amateur opinion either, I've been with them for at least 12 years and every encounter with them has been extremely pleasant whether it be service or sales. First of all the facility is enormous and very welcoming not to mention extremely clean and sparkling. I am so firm in my belief that if longo was in charge of government we would have world peace. There are sooo many workers here, they all have very specific jobs and look like they genuinely like what they do. It's a great atmosphere with every amenity you can want. Lexus has courtesy cars, but longo in general has an on site enterprise that they work with to get you in a courtesy rental if you need one. If you want to hang out and look around they usually have open car models with non accosting sales people very happy to help. There's an on site starbucks and subway if you're hungry or thirsty, and if you want to go run errands they also have a desk that arranges free rides. I feel very at home at longo, like they're my family! Longo forever!!!

Outstanding Customer Service. Victor and Eric Garcia made this a pain free experience, the price I was quoted was the price I paid not a penny more. I was expecting hidden fees or other fees that other dealerships try to scam out of customers. Victor is a man of his word, I respect him for his integrity and professionalism. Eric provided outstanding customer service by explaining in detail every feature the car contains and how to operate it. I highly recommend this dealership. If you are looking for a Lexus and want a great deal, look no further this is the place.

My overall experience went smoothly. Gabriel was extremely professional and knew so much about each car I had my eye on!
