I went to this location to get my tire rim welded and the first time they did a decent job not good but decent that day I went with my husband. Now yesterday I went alone and asked for the same thing since due to Covid we are a little short and cannot afford a whole new rim yet. So they took care of the car and it took them shorter time than the first time at first I thought wow that was extremely fast. So I paid and went on with my day. I went to the riverside mall and noticed that my tire was completely flat! Keep in mind when I gave them the car it has air it was fine. So I ended calling a tow truck I had to wait 5 to 6 hours I am currently 4 months pregnant I hadent eaten I couldn't go anywhere since the car was flat. I was starving!!! So fast forward to today 01.16.21 I called and asked for my money back since I paid to get it fixed not messed up. And they had the audacity to tell me that I had to take the car so they can check it and them they will reimburse me. I cant take it!! I cant move the car!! Never again will I go with them again they can keep my money, but they certainly won't ever have my business again!!

This will be my go-to for all of my Auto Care needs. For the past year I had used everything from Pep Boys to Street mechanics and this place met my economical needs and customer service concerns. I had my tires changed and an alignment done at this shop. I was very satisfied with the counter service, the turnaround time and the financing that they offered through Snap. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for minor to Major mechanical work.
