Was having issues with the washing machine shaking too much. Rudy Balderas made it clear that he would charge for the visit and if need be the parts and labor. He came over opened the back of the machine, told us we might be overloading it, charged and left in under 30 minutes. Nothing changed after taking his advice. I had to flip the machine on the side just to find a spring was not connected properly. You know it's bad service when someone comes in to collect the home visit fee and move on to the next person just to collect a quick dollar.

Worst use appliance company there is!! I bought a gas stove from Mr. Balderas in downtown and the gas company shut my house due to leaks. Mr. Balderas then came out to supposedly fix it but failed miserably. Told me it was fixed but then the house smelled like gas so bad, that the FD had to come out. I got rid of the gas stove and bought a new one from Lowes. This appliance used company is the worst, no one should buy from neither location in downtown or Canutillo location. Their appliances are used but they're not fixed correctly. Plz take my advice as a learning lesson.

The owner was nice but tried too hard to sell me a washer/drier in one. Did not tell me it was refurbished and wanted me to sign a blank contract to \save\ the washer for me.
