Isaak was so professional, helpful, and pleasant. Selling my car was hard due to all the nostalgia attached but he was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. Additionally, the business office staff was just as kind and understanding and made the process very painless. The location was clean, upbeat, and comfortable. If I ever desire to sell any cars in the future, I will for sure go through CarMax. I also intend to get my kids' first cars from here as I can only assume the same type of service when purchasing! Thank you all!

I bought a 2018 GM Sierra 2500 14,900 miles form Car-max in Naples FL, this was the second truck that I had pouched from them. Unfortunately after washing the truck I discovered a lot of scratches that had been paint marker-ed over by car-max and also discovered it was in an unreported accident witch they covered up using touch-up paint markers as well. unfortunately now I am stuck with a truck with a bad paint job. Will never buy or recommend them to anyone else. Truly disappointed. Photos to follow.
Selling your car to CarMax is easy, fair and totally worth it! Very competitive pricing for standalone car sale. (I loved that you can sell them a car without having to buy one from them) The process was extremely easy and clear, no haggle whatsoever. The highest trade offer I was able to get for my vehicle was still 1,000 less what CarMax was willing to pay. It is a much easier process than selling as a private seller. I did the preliminary quote online, and got the same final quote after the inspection. I would highly recommend!

A little upset with the Service advise, had an issue with my car, called and they made appointment for me with one of their partner shops, 100.00 later warranty denied service "stated " have to take it to actual Dealer for manufacturers warranty repair, shouldn't the Service department known rather then sending me to another shop... The service department should have initially had referred me to dealer. Ugh
