I know it may not be a big deal for most people but a movie theatre in a shopping mall is nostalgic to me. The theater is clean and our IMAX experience was great. The staff all where friendly. I have to remove a star because the theater was very loud. The volume was a 20 on a scale of 1-10...Lol that is my only complaint. It could have simply been due to the fact it had been over a year since our family had been to the movies and we were not use to such a high volume. Who knows .

Finally since the Pandemic started we were able to sit down and enjoy a movie. The theater is very clean and is enforcing social distancing and procedures. We were fortunate to have the theater to our selves but i do encourage more to go. Staff advised us the theater room's and facilities are constantly being disinfected.
They opened at 1230pm and my movie was at 1. The hot dogs weren't ready and neither was the icee machine. I know it's because of covid that the place looks different but it's not very welcoming anymore.
Theater is clean and food is good. Unfortunately when we purchased our tickets online we didn't get a confirmation email, but the cost was debited from my husband's checking account. We assumed it would be no problem and they could look it up with the card number. The nice young man ringing us up was new and didn't know how to do it. His boss came to help and even after we told her what happened, demanded a confirmation #. We told her we could show her the card number and she said "no, it works with a confirmation number!" My husband offered to show her his bank account line item on his phone, so then she asked for the last four numbers of his card number. Then she quickly produced the tickets, tossed them at me, then stormed off shouting, "next time bring your confirmation number!" Even the poor guy ringing us up apologized for the whole thing. This place is not busy. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but that's no excuse. We were polite the whole time. If not for the exployee who DID apologize, I wouldn't be back. Update: Movie was at 8:45 and we finally got the confirmation email at 1:42 this morning. Lol.
IMAX is great! Love it! Always clean. Free Refill on large drink and popcorn. The one theater that gives you plenty of cheese on your nachos. They sometimes sell the tickets at the concession, I guess when its not busy.
The Movies are back OPEN!! I had a wonderful time at this movie theater ... Everything was very clean and the movie Freaky was pretty funny... If your feeling couped up in your house .. This is the best place to go... They have limited seating so your not sitting next to someone and it just feels good to relax and watch a movie and eating some popcorn
Save your money/Go elsewhere. We went to go see Shadow in the Dark this morning. Upon ordering and paying for our popcorn and water, my son noticed there was a credit/debit card already in the machine. He handed it to the 2 nice workers. So if you were there last night 01/01 and are missing your card...well it's with them. Anyway, we sit in our section and this arena is COLD, they had never turned on the Heat. Roughly 40 %. Started with the advertisement and the screen went blank. My son went and explained to them that the screen was off. They restarted it and the movie began. During the 1St. 6 minutes the screen went blank again for about 10 minutes. My son went back to them and the female supervisor came out of her toasty office to rewind the film. I didn't mind that as much as how Cold it was. We sat watching the entire film with our Hands in our Coat pockets. Worst experience we have received there. Save your Money and go somewhere that uses a Thermostat above 40%.
Great place good pricing. Concessions cheaper than cinamark, larger popcorn. Seating is amazing, adjustable reclining seating with a swining tray/cup holder combo. Beer available. Friendly staff. I will say the picture quality is a little lower here, but not a huge difference or a deal breaker at thier prices. I would definitely go again and again.
