I totally recommend Dr. David Middaugh. I went in with severe sciatica pain and he immediately help me. In a week my pain went from 100 to 70%. He explained and educated me on the cause of my pain. I feel great now and have no pain. I'm able to move at a fast pace again. Feels great. He also showed me exercises I now use in my daily routine that don't take time from my busy schedule. Dr. David Maddaugh is very nice and polite man. His staff is also very nice and helpful. I totally recommend him.

Dr. David and his staff are amazing. I went in to see them leaning , walking very slow and in so much pain with every step. I had been to so many Chiropractors in the past that would help for a few months and my lower back pain would return again. I never fully understood what was causing my pain to come back, every time more excruciating. I made a choice to go to El Paso Manual Physical Therapy and it was definitely the best decision I made. He was able to help me decrease my pain and increase my mobility. I definitely recommend Dr. David and El Paso Manual Physical Therapy. Very friendly environment and very supportive with treatment.

Pain in my lower back and shoulders made it very difficult for me to sleep at night and impossible to lift weights at the gym. I thought I would have to be content with running and no weight training for the rest of my life. Dr. Middaugh has given me a new hope. After faithfully doing his exercise recommendations, I am back at the gym, my lower back is recovering, and my shoulders are also healing. If you plan to pursue manual physical therapy, know that this is a journey. You will not reach instant results but you will find life changing results if you are willing to do diligence. What I have learned so far is to be consistent with your exercises. If I miss a few days of not doing my recommended exercises, my body lets me know. I am so thankful for El Paso Manual Physical Therapy. Please consider this wonderful practice!

WOW! Dr. David is amazing! My 84-year-old father suffered from horrible arthritis fleer that left him in a wheelchair with very limited mobility. We tried using the insurance recommendations and it worsens my fathers’ condition. The wait time to see a physical therapist was incredible and not all physical therapists will see a patient in a wheelchair. The longer my father went without care the worst his condition got. The out of pocket cost was VERY worth it! Dr. David not only treated my fathers’ mobility issues, he indirectly treated my fathers' emotional issues. He took my father within a week and set up an aggressive plan that was effective. My father’s pain decreased his mobility increased. My father can now sleep through the night, stand up and care for himself. My father has gained his dignity. Dr. David is a sweetheart with his patience and communicates with my siblings and me. Very grateful to Dr. David! He is truly amazing. My father refers to Dr. David as his miracle worker, and he is!
