I've lived at the Amigo Del Sol Property for almost six years. The company has always taken care of repairs for me in a timely matter. I've never had any issues with the company. The price is very reasonable for a two bedroom apartment, and I've been very happy living here.

I haven't rented from them yet but plan to this month. Very professional emails and the website was easy to use to apply. Looks pretty simple to use for work orders, paying rent, etc. . . I really enjoy how they take the time to respond to every comment whether it was a positive or negative comment. Some of the very few complaints are unjustified. Especially the complaint about rent increasing. That is standard across the US. Every tenant whether renting from a company or a private owner should expect a slight increase each time they renew a lease to take into account how well the housing market is or isn't doing. Some of the other complaints weren't very clear so I assume they are baseless to. If you are going to take the time to complain put all the details into your complaint so that it is easily understood. Looking forward to renting from this company. There is a lady named Martha who has answered my questions I had on the property I am planning to rent.
