Awesome place to train and gym at the same time. Great staff and an amazing trainer. Cedric is a great person all around and very friendly. He has rained me for the past approx 3-4 months and has gotten me to where I need to be. I've went from size 40/42 waist to size 38 waist. Pants and shirts for me loose now. Also I've lost a good amount of weight from weighing in at approx 256 lbs. to weighing in at 222 lbs. It's been a dramatic change for me and he's helped me through it the way and continues to be there. I've kept up with it and continue to keep going to be at the build that I need to be and as well as the size. I'm glad I'm happy where I've gotten and wanna get better. Thank you Cedric for always believing in me and that I can do it. Now I train my wife's cousin and getting him where he needs to be at.

This place is the best! Always tidy and clean and the fact that it’s 24/7 makes it even better! Great equipment for any age and any fitness level.

Steam room broken for the last two weeks. Showers stalls need to be cleaned there is yellow mildew on the walls.

I love visiting them in my spare time, the only issue is it tends to get crowded some times during the afternoon hours. Other than that 10/10!

Me & my husband just started and we are loving the time spent there pumping iron or just simply jogging on the treadmill...I recommend this wonderful facility to anyone looking for a change in pace.
