Customer service is horrible. I booked my reservation week and a half in advance. Entire week my reservation was moved several locations. According to them I got 50 credit for the inconvenience, when I showed up was surprise system was down and my reservation canceled. The worst part I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me the truck I needed was not there. Don't waist your time with them. I have been with BUDGET and I was able to get my reservation with no problem besides their mile charge .89 and trucks much bigger. GO WITH BUDGET.
