Visited the salon in the Joan Miro lounge. Queried the length of a Shellac repaint, not even a full manicure, and was told 20 minutes, which is a quite standard time to do this. The final result took over an hour! The technician was extremely slow and I imagine she was quite new because she did not seem particularly confident. This was on Monday 27/02 and today, Thursday 30/02, the varnish has chipped off on three nails. Overall I believe the technician was new and not experienced with shellac-type manicures, which is not a good staffing choice in an airport where people inevitably have time commitments, and where clients cannot come back to get repaired nails if the initial job is poor. Overall I do not recommend at all.

I had a great massage, very professional. It’s really worth it. Thank you Ginger, I had one of the best 20 min massages ever!
Fantastic experience at Airport Barcelona Aqua Salon Spa. Not only is the salon gorgeous, but the team was so welcoming. Miki is an excellent stylist, I'm so happy with my new look and looking forward to my next visit!
Went here on my last business trip to. Felt amazingly refreshed after. Very professional courteous very good. Excellent massage.
Aqua Salon T2: worst massage ever! She didnt even massage my back, just like strechting my fingers and stroke over my back. I was waiting till the massage starts when she told me my 15 Minutes are already over.. could have also burned my money
Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I asked the lady for a complete pedicure & she told me it would be 15-20 minutes because she had to run to the other salon to get the supplies. I said ok that’s fine, I will wait (my plane didn’t board for over 3 hours). She comes back 2 HOURS later. I walk up and ask if she has the supplies now because I didn’t see her carry anything in. She says yes she has everything but says the pedicure will take over an hour and I will probably not have time to make my flight anymore (still an hour and a half from boarding). I tell her that I will do without paint if we are running low on time. (59 euros with paint to 47 euros without paint.) Then she rudely tells me she will try and finish on time. After my feet have soaked, she then tells me she has to charge me an extra 7 euros just to remove the tiny bit of regular polish left on my nail. I ask if she can hand me a cotton ball & I will take it off myself but she tells me her manger makes her charge 7 euros if there is even a little polish left and there is nothing she can do. At this point it is obvious she doesn’t want to work so I just get up and leave. Absolutely ridiculous that I would pay 59 euros for a “COMPLETE PEDICURE” and it doesn’t even include removing some previous polish. No thank you. I will pay my local shop 30 to do everything with a smile. The woman had a black nose ring and facial piercing and worked in the Premium Lounge Aqua Salon Spa in terminal 2 on Saturday, August 3rd if a manager would be interested in speaking with her on how to talk to your customers.
The perfect manicure and 15 minute massage, by Karen! Thank you for a lovely time while waiting for my flight. Karen was polite and sensitive. A wonderful experience.
Horrible quality. My technician was so sweet and wonderful but I paid 116 Euro for a long-lasting manicure and pedicure and within a few days all the polish has chipped off. My nails look terrible and now I have to pay to get them fixed. I ahve emailed them twice and no response. I am requesting a refund or disputing the credit card charge if I do not hear back. Avoid this place. Ripoff and not worth the money.
