Trying to leave Barcelona airport.. sent to ground force one counter open line super long. There were two more employees chatting doing nothing. Finally got to the counter the lady working was super incompetent. She could not process the paper work that was given to us by Swiss air (who sent us here to begin with). Really bad service. Please consider a better way of running this system.

I would learn a thousand languages to be able to express "incompetence" in a way the world could understand. Groundforce will burn your vacation having you sit and wait for endlessly shifting lost baggage delivery times, and hang up on you when you call to ask for information. When Jesus returns he will cast the lazy bureaucrat middleman into the fire. Groundforce will be first.

I left an item on a flight to BCN operated by Air Europa. The airline directed me to Groundforce. Although a phone number and an email address were provided, they never answer the phone or repeated emails. I finally decided to go in person at the airport before boarding my departing flight from BCN. It took forever to find the counter at Arrivals and then I ended up standing on an extremely long and slow moving line. After 25 minutes, I had to run and catch my flight so I never even got to speak with an employee. I estimate the wait would have been another 45 minutes or longer. After all my effort I have been unable to recover my property or even speak with a live human being. Utterly worthless!

Absolutely awful. The phone operators are completely disconnected from the baggage handling operations, thus being unable to provide any meaningful information. And then the baggage delivery people are unable to find a simple residential address. I've been waiting for three days to get my baggage delivered. Still waiting :(((

My experience is similar to all of the 1-star rating reviews posted: they do not follow the instructions provided to them, they are rude on the phone (spoke to Enrinque and refused to allow us to speak to a manager and he even hung up on us). I was told that someone would be contacting us and no one ever did. I'm having to chase down my luggage every few hours and still haven't found it!!!!

Ridiculous, horrible, incompetent. We had to wait one hour for our suitcases. After complaining to the clerk, she said: “Ah, you’ve been waiting since one hour... Ok, I call.” Then the luggage came.

4 hours early at Toronto airport. Checked in 5 bags to Barcelona. 4 bags make it on a direct flight. The one job is to move luggage and one bag did not even make it on the plane. Come on Groundforce!
