Terrible service, the server was rude and tried to overcharge us, because we are not Natives. When we alerted him to this, he was angry and did not give us our chips. We had to ask him to put them on our tray. He didn’t provide straws and when asked he threw them at us, along with ketchup. The food was awful, the worst chips I have ever tasted. How is it possible to make chips wrong. I don’t understand how they messed that up. The baguettes lacked flavour, the bread used was tasty, but the filling was terrible. I do not recommend this place, terrible food! AVOID

Awful service. Lady at the counter was very rude and condescending. Food tasted mediocre at best. Overall a deplorable place that no one should have to eat at. Only ate here because it’s the only thing near these gates.

Disgraceful service, supposed to be open tíl 10pm but the staff came out to the queue at 9.45 and announced the kitchen was closed, couldn't get a cup of coffee at the boarding gates in Barcelona airport at 9.45 on a Saturday night with flight delayed more than two hours.
