So.... we have been doing business with GDL for about 3 years now. We rented a car in March/April 2020 and I haven't had a chance to write a review because of the pandemic. Edgar is amazing. He always goes above and beyond for his customers. I trust him 100%. Very knowledgeable. Patient. Kind. We have a family with 3 small kids and he always makes arrangements to accommodate us. I recently referred my old school mom and dad and thus far they LOVE his services!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH EDGAR and GDL Rent a Car!!!! I'm not going to forget Benito (so nice) and the young ladies in the office- very very nice, helpful & respectable. THANK YOU!!! See you soon!!!

I currently rented a Jetta from them, and I want to make sure the owner knows but Edgar goes out of his way for taking care of the customers! There prices are really good and definitely no hidden cost like the other places I’m not going to mention. I'm very satisfied with this car rental agency. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!!! They respect the price they give you (no hidden fees) and quickly answer your questions and doubts... We had a small issue with our vehicle and they quickly fixed our issue, they even offered to take us another vehicle for our peace of mind. Alejandra Hernandez was very helpful and with great customer service skills, she explained the whole process and our options in a very professional manner. I will definitely be back here on my next trip to Mexico. P.S. they will pick you up and drop you off the airport,.which is only like 5 mins away from their office. Estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio de esta ajencia. Son muy eficientes al contestar cualquier duda o pregunta. No tienen precios ocultos, ellos respetaron el precio acordado. Rentamos un van por 18 dias y tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el vehiculo pero esta empresa rapido se ofrecio a llevarnos otro vehiculo a nuestro destino...aun que no fue necesario pero su eficiencia en contestar y solucionar cualquier problema o duda fue imprecionante. Alejandra Hernandez fue con la que hable desde el principio y fue muy profecional, amable y respondio todas mis dudas y preguntas. Definitivamente regresare a este lugar en mi proximo viaje a Mexico

Communication is great! You can call them directly or text through WhatsApp. They pick you up at the airport and take you to their shop which is about 5 minutes away. Because of COVID, my flight got cancelled, so I had to change my reservation that same day and put my dad as the driver since he did make it to GDL plus added me as a driver at no additional costs. I am skeptical with renting cars out in Mexico since I've had bad experience doing it with third parties. This time I went directly to the source on got the car for 11 days for 400. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

First time renting a car from this company, I had a great experience, I called in advance to make a reservation and they upgraded my car for the same price because they didn’t have available one i reserved , I paid what the told me the first time, I highly recommend this place if you need to rent a car, Alejandra and the other girl were friendly and their customer service was excellent.
