While this facility has normally been a great asset to this community, recently with the departure of Dr. Channin, and availability of personnel, some expertise and possibly responsibility has been lost. A family member recently went to this facility with discomfort and an issue I thought could have been treated there. However, the office sent her away, still in pain with prescription in hand indicating that if the prescription doesn't work, go to the emergency room. Now she may have to spend part of her weekend among strangers HOPING to receive successful treatment. She is not looking forward to it and neither am I. Stay tuned while we deal with the madness of waiting in the waiting area of of an emergency room with other strangers with who knows what afflictions that may take who knows how long to resolve!

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to break the silence. Dr. Wong is a scammer- He called me 3-years later to inform me of an unpaid bill from 2017? He sent me to collections without notice. I provided him proof that my insurance at the time paid for the doctor's visit, but he never returned any of my calls. Now I'm dealing with collections. I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy.

Was yelled at over the phone by the doctor when asking them to verify the fax request the pharmacy sent them 3 TIMES. still haven't heard from them. Terrible administration and yes the doctor has an answer problem!

If you want a Quack Doctor that has no business possessing a medical license, will treat you as though you are an inconvenience to him (even though there are literally no patients in the 1970s themed waiting room), and will misquote you the cost of your visit and then send the difference to a collection agency, then this office and Dr Wong are for you. The reviews don't lie - DO NOT GO THERE. If reviews would allow zero stars that is what I would give.
