Haven't eaten here in years until today. Never will again. The chicken tenders were cold, and the biscuits weren't browned and were actually raw inside. Yuck! It all went into the garbage. Wouldn't even feed it to my dog. Anyone could do better.
Me and my daughter stopped to get us 2 egg and cheese biscuits at 9:10pm. They close at 10 and the grill was shut down. Really?
Still not up to par with old store's service. Corporate must not understand that service quality and speed of service is directly related to profit. Put a few more staff on during lunch and have food cooked during peak hours.
This lady was really rude and took forever to get our order but the person behind us got theirs really fast?
God awful. Food was cold, fries were greasy and soggy. The lady who took my order ended up getting the order wrong, got mad at me ((even though I explained what I wanted)), took almost 10 minutes to give me a refund for what the price difference was, and then got an attitude with my stepfather because he asked for a warm piece of chicken. If I wanted to be treated like that, I could have stayed at home. Definitely not what I want when I go for food. I can only hope the new Bojangles is more friendly, clean, and all around a happier place.
Going through the drive-thru is slow as Christmas. Must wait 5 minutes for everything basically. Food is delicious though.
This is the 3rd time I come and get chicken biscuit with egg and cheese and when I get home the biscuit are plain!!! This new bojangles are not doing there job good! I hate when my order is not right
