Office of Election Commission of Nepal, not only conducts and manages National Elections, it also serves as a place to register for voting, for those who did not or could it got to their home constituency for voter registration. There was a very long queue of citizens from all districts who waited for up to 6 hours to register for the First Parliament election of federal republic in 2017 Nov/Dec, after the country’s new constitution was promulgated in 2015.
