I have worked with Katie since before she started her own firm. We have been through alot in my 2 years divorce proceedings. She was able to fight and get me visitation when my ex wouldn't allow anything. Even after starting Element, I had to unfortunately revisit her with new issues and everything was solved as quickly as she could. The other attorney's there are super friendly and very hard working as well. Thank you guys for all you have done for me and Emma!

I started cant say enough good things about my experience with Caitlyn and Emily. They both made my divorce go smoothly and they made me feel like I mattered. It took awhile because of covid but it was a great experience. I don't plan to ever get divorced again but if I do I know where I will be going. Seriously Caitlyn and Emily are amazing.

Mike Oldenkamp, who works here, has not paid back money he borrowed from friends. Despite repeated attempts at asking why or getting him to make good on his debts, he ignores these requests. I find it shameful. Please pay back the money you borrowed Mike Oldenkamp.

My wife an I called regarding a stepparent adoption, to get a legal consult. The receptionist who answered the phone was professional, and delightfully helpful in getting us connected with a lawyer - following up by immediately sending us an email with required paperwork and "zoom" link for our remote meeting (this was during the Covid-19 social distance restrictions). The Lawyer we talked to (Katie Mazurek) was friendly, asked pointed questions, and answered all of our questions. I felt confident that the lawyer was looking out for our best interest. We were never pressured into legal representation, and the attorney's integrity and professionalism was beyond what we expected. I am sure this is a fine law firm, but their paralegal Mike Oldenkamp does not pay back money he borrows. Mike, why do you continue to not honor your promise and pay back the money you owe. It is very disrespectful. Please pay back the money you borrowed. It is much needed.
