Despite telling the couples I teach repeatedly to practice self-care, I am dreadful at practicing what I preach. . So yesterday I decided to take my own advice. I booked a REN Facial at Elementary Skin & Body in Tring (on Akeman Street) over lunchtime whilst my youngest was in nursery. Well, I am so so happy I did. The team at Elementary were so friendly and welcoming, the salon is calm and peaceful and my facial can only be described as blissful. I made a promise to myself to make more time for me. After all, self-care isn’t selfish! I thoroughly recommend a visit to Elementary if you happen to be in Tring. Thank you so much to Lucie and thank you to the team.

I am always met with a very warm welcome upon my arrival (thank you Amanda ! ). I feel comfortable at the salon and am confident to receive the best quality of care. Claire is my therapist and she is professional , extremely thorough, and does an excellent job . I appreciate her attention to detail and her ability to put me at ease. I am extremely happy with the quality of service provided and always enjoy visiting the salon as they are all lovely ladies

So much more than a place you just go to have your nails down, or a skin treatment. Lucie and her wonderful team create an environment of peace and tranquility in which their fabulous treatments are set.
