Dr. Klimenko is exactly the doctor you want to go to when you know something is wrong, and no other doctor takes the time to fully investigate. As a generally healthy woman, I experienced brain fog and fatigue. It did not make sense considering I eat well, exercise, prioritize sleep, and manage my stress the best I can. Dr. Klimenko has extensive knowledge and patience. After Dr. Klimenko's thorough exam, she was able to find the underlying source of what was creating these symptoms. Dr. Klimenko took the time to explain everything to me and create a personalized treatment plan. I felt like I was in great hands from day one. And I am feeling so much better!

SCAM Do not go! They will charge you for no reason. I had recently signed up for a monthly plan, hoping to take my mom. For unforeseen personal circumstances I had to cancel my membership, not even 18 hours after I had signed up. Sent them an email explaining I had to cancel for now but hopefully will resume in the future. And they are charging me 150 cancellation fee. No sympathy to personal circumstances, just claiming it's for administrative purposes. I can understand if they have already processed my application, or have offered me some of their services, but none of that had happened. I had literally signed up around 3pm on a Tuesday and emailed them about cancellation at 8am on Wednesday. They've been so difficult to deal with, kept repeating the fact that they have a 150 cancellation fee without any empathy or rationale for the fee. It is quiet shocking to experience this level of customer service in today's society when customer service is crucial to a business reputation. But they seem to not care. I would stay away!

Summary: Amazing doctor. Too expensive. I met Dr. Klimenko in 2017. She is, hands down, one of the most competent and intelligent medical professionals I have ever had the pleasure working with. She is an absolute miracle worker. I went to dozens of different doctors complaining about my fatigue, chronic migraine, anxiety, and was told time and time again that my tests were fine, my tests were exemplary, and that nothing was eally wrong.\ I decided to try a functional doctor and found her online. She first asked me to fill out mine and my family's medical history in 25 pages of forms, so I knew she was thorough. During my first appointment, I was put through a battery of tests. I told Dr. Klimenko about my issues and she explained exactly what was wrong and how it could be fixed. She put me on a diet specific to my problems, gave me supplements to take daily, and had me speak to her nutritionist over the phone once a week for the duration of my treatment. After a week, I felt a huge difference. In two short months, I felt like a new person; I hadn't felt so healthy since I was a teenager. I was sleeping eight hours a night, I didn't need coffee anymore, I had energy all day and the mental fog lifted off my mind. I stopped binge eating, I lost 20 pounds, my skin was flawless. I couldn't thank this woman enough for changing my life. But I couldn't keep going to her, and that's why I don't give five stars. The supplements are pricey, you need to take them consistently, and she doesn't take insurance. One visit costs 200-300. I simply don't have the cash to keep up. If you are serious about changing your life and becoming truly healthy, I highly recommend her. But if you live paycheck to paycheck like me, I don't think you'll be able to shell out the funds. It's unfortunate, but she is one of the best in the business, and she deserves the prices she charges for the quality of care she provides.

Dr. Klimenko is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am so lucky to have her as my doctor since 2016. She helped me a lot with overall health and diet, my pregnancy and postpartum and even with my baby. I know and i feel that she truly cares about the well being of her patients. All the supplements and vitamins she recommends i won't even question since she has a vast knowledge about the source and the quality of products out there. I could write a lot more, but I just want to say how much i appreciate and thank her for her medical approach and what she did and does for me and my family.
