We were so thankful to find Dr. Crider at Elevate. He helped my fourteen-year-old daughter through telehealth with her hip pain and just a little over a month later, she is pain free and able to continue in the sport she loves. The best part is that Dr. Crider taught her to do her own stretching and management of her symptoms at home, so she has now \graduated\ from his program. We could tell Dr. Crider really cared about us. He took a lot of time with my daughter, figuring out her symptoms and the root of the problem. We never felt rushed, but always valued. Five stars doesn't seem like a high enough recommendation! Thank you, Dr. Ian!

Dr. Crider was so patient with our daughter. He took his time to explain the importance of strengthening her joints to prevent future injury and relieve her pain. It was also very convenient to conduct her appointments over video chat from the comfort of our home! We will definitely use Elevate's services again for any PT needs we may have in the future.

My experience with Elevate PT was AMAZING!!! The scheduling process was simple and the contact with the doctors was a breeze. I worked with Dr. Crider and he was always quick to respond to my questions and scheduling changes. On top of all the schedule changes I had, Dr. Crider was always willing and able to answer any questions I had via text. Dr. Crider knows his stuff and is able to provide quick and concise diagnosis. I visited Elevate due to ongoing knee pain I developed during my marathon training, and had me out for 2 months. Dr. Crider took his time, met me on a Saturday morning, asked me questions, assessed my body, and gave me in depth explanations as to what my issues were. He sent me home with simple stretching and exercise routines and within a week I was back outside running. I HIGHLY recommend this practice! Both doctors are very flexible with scheduling and are willing to come to you, if you can't make it to their office.
