As someone who had never bought furniture before I didn't really know the procedure, and my parents suggested this shop to me. The man who talked to us totally knew what he was doing. He took us around and showed us different beds - I was looking for one with good storage, and he informed me that one that opens from the side is best because it gives more space. He also informed me as to what sort of mattresses would be best, and looked up previous orders by my family so I could get the same type. When I decided on one I even got to choose the colour and fabric. The headboard came free as well which was nice. They phoned me when it was ready to be delivered and I was allowed to select a time and date that was best for me. They delivered it themselves and took the entire thing up the stairs which was no easy task! They put it all together and installed it for me which was great. It was genuinely amazing service from all involved and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
