Very bad customer service - since March I am loosing the time I bought the house of course kitchen has been fitted , but in March I have ordered additional shelves and wine rack and flowing shelf of course I got the price but I am still waiting for order to be done - and i am loosing the time - I was calling so many times and they are promising to call you back - we went personally 4 weeks ago person spoke to us and informed that order has been taken , but we do not know when will be done - so it is blocking us from the further steps forward - I was calling personally twice and they are telling they will call you back and ha no answer - After the writing the review my call has been answered very quickly - I was really nice surprised and Thank you Elaine manager my shelves will be fitted on Friday - so If you would like to order additional to your kitchen just contact Elaine the manager she is a very professional , she answers phones and mails very quickly and you know where you are.So we got Friday - my additional staff after calling so many times it is fitted - I have promised to change a little bit of review so I am doing focusing on the positive points - design and fitting a very good - but I am not changing my opinion that customers and dealing with customers and answering time and communication it is a very bad and needs to be improved.
