Chad and his associate arrived on time. They did a nice job and my house looks brand new. The original roof color was revealed. The siding pops a bright white now and the bricks look great. I used non dyed mulch and the chemicals used to kill the algae on the roof bleached it a bit. This fading doesn't occur with dyed mulch. Chad did a nice walk through after work was completed to make sure everything was done properly and that I didn't have any concerns. I would definitely recommend their work.

Chad and Dawson showed up on time as scheduled and proceeded to do a walk around with me so I could point out areas of concern.They started cleaning the siding, brick and gutters. When the work was completed they cleaned all windows. As usual the result was excellent with the house looking like new. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future

Chad and Danny of IDW Roof, Siding, Gutter and Window cleaning did an awesome cleaning job on our house on October 19, 2020. We have a Decro metal roof that was put on in 2006. Over the past few years the roof became darker looking with black streaks from end to end from all the excessive Spring rain that we have been getting for the past few years. They came out and spent 5 hours cleaning our house from top to bottom and it looked fabulous when they were finished. They had the roof looking like brand new, gutters and down spouts were so clean, siding looked like brand new and the windows were spotless. They were very professional, very friendly and explained everything that they were doing and what they were using to clean the metal roof. There was no mess at all and Chad and Danny were very cautious about spraying water on bushes and plants to protect them from the spray they used to power wash roof and siding. Chad and Danny did a fabulous job and we will definitely have them back the next time our house needs a cleaning. IDW came to our home for roof cleaning, sidewalk cleaning, patio cleaning, and cleaning of spots on a few areas of brick around the house. First, the owner came to our home and we walked around the house and I showed him all of the areas I wanted treated. 2 days later I had a quote and I agreed and they put us on the schedule. They arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. We did a walk around together to verify the targeted areas and they started work. These guys worked non stop to get this done and they went above and beyond to clean a few troubled spots. Then when they were done we did another walk around to show it they did and explained the next steps. I cannot do enough to recommend IDW. They are a world class company that is highly focused on customer service and are very professional, hard working, and experts in what they do. I highly recommend them
