I think it is important that when you are running a business that you have employees who are open and honest, and who are not evasive. The people you encounter recommend your services to friends, family, and other co-workers. They should not feel alienated for expressing concerns. I emailed Mr. Eliseo about an experience that I had with one of his workers in July. It would have been nice if he responded to my email or called me to hear my concerns. Taking the time out to address feedback only helps you improve your business. My family had a family run business for over 40 years and was well liked in the community.
