Recently our All Star baseball team used this company to order our team jerseys and hats. The jerseys had imperfections in the printwork and was not like the sample that had been shared with us and approved prior to placing an order. When we explained to them how we were disappointed in the finished product we were told that imperfections occur. Not the response I expected to hear. I didn't pay for \imperfections\. Nothing was done to correct these mistakes, not even an apology. If you are happy with imperfect and inferior, not to mention expensive products, then go there. If you expect quality and excellent customer service, I would advise going elsewhere. We will not be using them for any future business.
