I have been using Elite Auto Works for nearly 5 years they look after all my vehicles including my BMW M3 and Mini Cooper S. The service i have always received from Elite has been outstanding! Top marks to Sanjay and the team. They have all the specialist tools for the job and have highly trained knowable staff. I would recommend this place over any main dealer for quality of service and fair pricing.

I was advised by a friend that he took his VW here and they failed to repair so had to use another garage. Since then I've contacted Elite now 3 occasions with 2 different BMW's. The first time, they offered no advice and didn't even want to diagnose the car but would take the work on. The second time, the car was booked in but on the day cancelled and said they didn't want to do the work. The third time, they recommended I go to the dealer. For supposedly an independent specialist, I have found them frustratingly unhelpful. Maybe their too busy but regardless, the reception I have had is poor. Hopefully a local rival will be more helpful!

Flat out refused to offer a written quote for some work I wanted doing to my BMW so I'd have no idea what I was being charged for... stinks of the standard garage rip off stories you hear. Won't be using them and certainly won't be recommending them after my very short experience with them.
