He is a busy business man. Great to talk to and will help you on your needs. This business is busy so adjust accordingly. If you need something quick I am sure like anything else that needs time to make. It will cost. He did something special for me for my Chef Coat!

If I could leave no stars I would. Robert couldn't get two shirts ready in three weeks. Three weeks ago I placed an order with the owner Robert for the exact same shirts we had previously ordered from him but instead of black we wanted the shirts to be red. He drew the design in front of me gave me an exact date to pick them up so I felt confident that there wouldn't be any problems. The day that I was supposed to pick them up I called to make sure they would be ready and Robert acted like this was the first time he had heard about the color change and had completely different sizes written down. I was frustrated but he assured me that they would be done the following morning. I called the day I was supposed to pick the shirts up and was told they were just finishing them up and that I could pick them up in 30 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and went to the shop to pick them up. When I got there I was told that they had issues and they wouldn't be ready today. At this point I was extremely frustrated and had to get back to work so I left. When I got back to my office I called Robert and asked why he didn't tell me there were problems so I didn't waste my time. He got extremely angry and said that businesses have problems sometimes and that I rushed out before he could talk to me. I let him know that we didn't have time to wait and that I came to his shop on a break when he told me they would be ready. He was still angry and said he was refunding us and not completing the order. I understand that businesses aren't perfect but a little communication and honesty would have been extremely helpful. We are now 24 hours away from needing to leave and have no shirts because this business owner decided to wait until the last minute to complete our order and couldn't be honest about where he was at in the process. Had we been told about the \issues\ a day ago we could have had another business rush an order for us.

Very unprofessional, wont return emails, wont answer questions on pricing, original pricing was given with full details of what i was wanting and still was told there would be added cost. Then refused to answer what that cost would be.
