It's a shame I have to give 1 star, arranged a viewing at 4pm and the estate agent could not be bothered to show up or answer any phone calls. After starting work at 4am getting straight in and then going to view this house and my partner working a night shift tonight in the hospital the decent thing would be to cancel the appointment if your not going to show up.

Very friendly, very professional and went the extra lengths during difficult times, I cannot recommend John and his team enough.
John is a very nice man, very pleasant to work with and always helpful. We were looking for a house and while being in the area we called him to see if he would have some spare time to show us some other houses. He arrived in 10 mins! No other agent would do that.
John is very responsive and accomodating as an agent.. we felt comfortable with him when viewing properties. Lovely man and very informative.
