Great people and company to work with , they scheduled a free estimate at my home, provided me with a world of information and submitted a very competitive price, they help me design the system by providing me with gas plans, work was performed on schedule , a supervisor was present and the required inspections and assisted me to make sure my gas will be turned on by utility company , I strongly recommend them
I scheduled an appointment with this company for an estimate to change from a tank to tankless water heater. However, they would not give me an exact time for the appointment. I received a call from their rep explaining that he intended to come by in the morning but was running late. We agreed he come by my home about an hour and a half later. I made arrangements to run a few errands during the wait time. The rep called me 25 minutes later to say he would be coming over. I explained that it was sooner than our agreed time and that I was not home. He agreed to call around 3 PM after his afternoon appointments. I returned home and waited. He never called and did not show up. After reading that this is an issue with this company, I've decided not to do business with them.
If it is not an easy thing to fix they will leave you hanging. Since August 7 to today I'm still trying to get them to fix the NORITZ tankless heater they installed. Over 14 call to their contractor Pivotal Home Solutions to get them here... No avail. Even giving them a claim # won't help you... Mr. E Martinez.
