I went in and asked for a full set. I showed the guy what I wanted and he immediately said he couldn’t do it. Didn’t even brainstorm ways to do it like the many techs I’ve gone to in the past. He kept filing my nails until they were crooked. It’s not the nail, it’s my finger; you can’t change the shape of my finger. I didn’t even get the design I wanted because I was running out of time since it was my lunch break. I was bummed, but whatever. Then when my nails were drying, somehow several of them didn’t dry correctly. It was just all over the place. He offered me 5 off. I shouldn’t have had to pay for them because they’re hideous. I didn’t want to make a big fuss because I had to get back to work. They told me to come back so it can be fixed but they will not be getting my business ever again ETA: I went in to get them taken off and the manager deemed it appropriate to argue with me about it. She wasn’t happy that I left a review and insisted they were fine.

Friendly staff, very accommodating, helpful and attentive. I've been to this location twice and will likely return. It's become one of my favorite spots for a bit of pampering and self care. They're a bit pricey and roughly a 30 minute drive for me but well worth it. Although there are salons in my neighborhood, when I find a great place I don't mind driving the extra distance.

I went at 9:45 Monday morning and she went ahead and got me started even though they don’t open till 10. The owner I don’t want to butcher her name so I won’t even try but she did my pedicure which was amazing, she helped me to pick a color for my fingers which Is perfect. The place is spotless, the people are very friendly, and the service is top of the line. I will be back! Thank you so much!

It’s been a week and I still hate my hair. I’d not recommend for haircuts. They don’t khow how to do a proper haircut. Told them to keep the length and just add some layers but they cut at least 6”off and the layers looked SO bad -Like the rats have gnawed through my hair. I should have gone with a professional. My hair before, was so long and healthy and pretty, never thought someone could RUINED it this much. Almost like leaving the scissors with the kid. Also never woke up in the morning and HATE my hair before. There was nothing I could do at that point since the damage is already done. But I’ll never go back. This broke my heart
