Everyone here is very nice and always willing to help, from the security guard, to the ladies at the front desk, to all of the counselors, the dosing nurses & of course Dr. Ngu. If you have a request/complaint don't hesitate to let them know as they will get to it and update you when they do. They are always on top of everything.

With the exception of 2 individuals, every member of staff I've dealt with here has been unbelievably rude. The ladies up front have no concept of politeness or courtesy and are too focused on answering back any perceived slight to their ego. It amazes me that people who are supposed to work with the public are instead so preoccupied with arguing with their clients and talking down to them. It reminds me very much of dealing with children who have to feel like they are always right and have no concept of manners.
