The safety measures at this store were great. From the young lady at the door allowing entry asking if we had anything in mind that we were shopping for, informing us of all the safety practices to follow while in the store, and directing us to the area we needed, and the gentleman Brian helping with what my daughter and I needed which helped to make things quick and easy. Check out was also quick and easy considering I needed to do an exchange of an item from months ago. Great job American Eagle at Jersey Mills!! Thank you!!

The clothes are great and fit amazing, I would suggest sizing down because their jean's and pants have stretch! I'm usually a size 4 but I go down to a 2! Only pet peeve is the prices are a lil high!!

The receptionist that checked out my dad was EXTREMELY rude . She had a rude attitude towards my father only because he kept asking her to repeat herself cause he couldn’t hear very well cause of the mask and cause of the glass that was in front . She Continuously roll her eyes at him when he was just trying to understand what she was saying . I would also recommend if you are in forcing people to wear mask to make sure employees are wearing the mask Properly . I saw two receptionist workers not wearing there mask properly and having there entire nose out instead of it being covered . Never will come back here again !!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely helpful staff, they took care of me good. I don’t understand why every time I go to cashiers they all look so tired but the crew members very really helpful and friendly, especially the girl that welcomes everyone and ask them if they want to test hand cream. Only thing is cashiers...
