I didn’t like how there were no manager present yesterday ! The manager should always be around !!! The pretzels were not fresh establishment should do better. I will NOT be coming back.
Auntie Ann usually excellent. The upstairs shop this morning the plain pretzel ordered were very disappointing. No taste not enough sugar they were also too skinny. Taste like real dough this was around 12 - 125. I had to wait for this batch to nKe Was not good I was person wIting for 4

Extremely long wait even though they are well staffed. The pretzels and Strawberry lemonade slush are awesome. So many great items to choose from!!
Check very good if it is fresh. I am a regular, and sometime pretzels are just not fresh enough. But when they are, they are water-warming.
