These guys are awesome! Jon Van Norwich and his team unfortunately I forgot their names but they literally went above and beyond I have a dually truck and trailer I was an 1hr away in the middle of nowhere with a blowout and all I had was a spare which was leaking air fast and had a bad rim and it was late around 5pm keep in mind they close at 6pm I could only drive no faster then 35 mph needed to travel 55 miles to get to his location. Closed and all the man and team of workers waited for just 1 guy helped replace and fixed my rims and helped find and solve the issue I had talked and explained everything not like a customer but like if I was part of his family I will never forget what you did for me Jon definitely my #1 place to go I will always come to Jon and his team for my tire needs!!

These guys are awesome! Jon Van Norwich and Bert Chamberlain took care of my wife when she came in with a flat tire. Not only did they fix the flat tire but they also checked all the tires for any problems and replaced all the valve stems in all the tires. These guys take care of my family and have treated us like family. We will alway come to Jon and Bert for our tire needs! Great customer service!

I went in with a flat a while back and they were amazing. They were able to get my car in quickly and fix my tire. I had a puppy with me and they let me hang out with him in the front area (everyone came out to meet the puppy, so I met quite a few of the guys and they're a great group!). I can't say enough about how wonderful they were. Go to Big O in Elizabeth - they're the best!

I have been going to Big O Tires in Elizabeth, CO for at least the last 5 years. Big O has been great with their response to what my situation was each time. Many times it was Jon Van Nortwick who helped me. Recently Big O has been unusually very busy. I went there Friday after Thanksgiving because my car had a flat tire. Again they were quite busy. I left the tire there to be fixed and wanted to come back on my break to have the repaired tire put back on my car. They were to busy to do that, so Jon asked me what time I got off work at Walmart, which was just after the store closed. He offered to wait and put the tire on my car. I consider that above and beyond, and therefore felt I should take the time to tell you how much it meant to me. I live SE of Elbert so I could not get home without his help. Because of this, and all the other times I have used Big O, I will always consider Big O first for my vehicle needs. Thank you, Debby Harrington
