The ATM never dispersed my cash. 700 worth! I went inside and of course a condescending attitude from all staff including managers. Said it's not their fault and to take it up with the atm company. I will be suing that branch. They didn't even put an out of order sign on it even after I complained. So the same thing ended up happening to about 6 people after me. Guy with a long hair, two Spanish women. Im so upset I didn't get their names.

I was going to come in today to open a checkings/savings account because I have a credit card with them and once I saw the reviews on here, no thanks. Before I judge this branch I checked other capital ones near me and all of them have bad reviews. No thank you I’ll pass

Wow this one of the worst experiences I have had in a while. I understand that you have to wait but there were 4 ppl behind the glass and 3 of them were helping one person which was mind-boggling. They should have one person dealing with one patron at a time.
