I love going to eat to Chili's. It satisfies all my expectations. The service is fast and most important the food tastes delicious. I recommend trying any of its varied hamburgers options. The burger itself is so juicy, well seasoned, thick, and is real meat on it. Its french fries are amazing too.

Definitely don't waste your time. Went there with my family. Figured they have a special like 2 for 20 like Applebee's. They don't. I try order mash potatoes with steak. They had no steak. SMH. Ordered little bit size burgers. One it was cold and fries came out hard.
On today, March 18, 2021.. I came to the mall to pick up a few items. I decided to sit and eat at Chili’s, here at Jersey Garden Mall, Elizabeth NJ. I approached the podium too wait to be seated. I was acknowledged by the bar tender, she started by “I’ll seat you in a min”. As I followed the bar tender to be seated, the first option wasn’t of my liking, the bar tender than stated “you can seat anywhere you choose” and walked off. I chose a seat, WITHOUT A MENU, WITHOUT BEING TOLD WHO MY WAITER/WAITRESS was going to be. I sat, as I sat in the booth, I wasn’t addressed, nor given acknowledgement that I was in the booth. After waiting over 5-6 mins, I than walked back to the front of the store and grabbed a paper menu. After waiting another 5-6 mins without being approached or placing an order, I went back to the front of the store, approached the bar tender and asked, “may I place my order with you, I didn’t get a waiter, nor a menu”the bar tender, WITH AN ATTITUDE stated “you could got the menu options by using your phone”. I responded and stated, there isn’t anything on my table nor was I told that prior to my seating. She then stated I’ll take your order, I placed my order with the bar tender and returned back to my booth. My order eventually came to my table with my drink and sides. My PERSONAL experience here was ABSOLUTELY disturbing and not welcomed. I NEVER had this experience here for all the 4 years I’ve come here. I will definitely be taking this experience and seeking a District Manager and or store Manager to relay my terrible experience in hopes this will NEVER happen to anyone else.
Staff was so polite when arriving to chili's, as well the its very clean. They due follow the covid 19 rules an regulations. So please were your mask there staff is on the floor working real hard helping each other, the chili's staff work as a team. When it comes to the food its really great keep up the great work.
Been there multiple times, sometimes service was better than other times but in general service is okay. food quality is okay as well, prices are convenient. nice place to sit after a long day at the mall

It’s my local Chili’s, the staff needs customer service improvement for sure. The food can be sometimes fresh & other times not, a lot of times you will get your order with some kind of mistake. For example we ordered the steak no shrimp & they put shrimp. Make sure to let the waiter repeat your order.The store still kind of have outdated look on the inside.
Quick lunch stop while shopping at the mall. Took a while to be seated but service was friendly and efficient after that. Food was ok.
