One of their driver hit my parked car. Just for him to be disrespectful to me when I called him saying I’ve been waiting on his insurance for 3 weeks . He told me I’m disrupting his job and yelled at the phone and hung up on me.Since management is taking this so lightly, I want super visor Neil bolan to know this won’t end lightly , since he’s been dodging my calls when they transfer me to him and told them to tell me I have the wrong number, how is it the wrong number if I’ve spoke to you in it before about the incident. You all giving the company a bad reputation and should not be representing it. I’ll take this to the highest extent. And Floyo or whatever his name is I’ll get to the bottom of this. Half a star is what I would give this Place!

My experience with DHL located in Elizabeth was great and quick. The associate which is shown below was quick and got me out of the place within less than four minutes. I loved that you needed to see a guard prior to even entering the parking lot of the place. Made me feel assured that my items were safe. Another great factor to the place is the provide parking.

Terrible and lying unprofessional driver’s. Driver’s don’t show up at delivery location and then send out text messages that “ tried to deliver at location and nobody is there “ meanwhile , I was sitting in my car outside the premises for an hour waiting for the package when the text message came through. I’m still waiting to see if he/she is going to change his mind and do the right thing by coming back to the location.
