Going into journeys was an amazing experience. The customer service of the employees was phenomenal. I was greeted and helped right away. I was helped by a manger who service was impeccable she was very kind and very helping made my experience in the store way easier and more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience while shopping there. I was welcomed by two friendly employees who were very informational about their sale going on. The store was clean and you could feel the good vibes. I was especially happy with the great service by the manager there, she was a delight. she was very helpful in helping me choose what crocs to get my daughter. Overall best journey's I've visited and will go again.
Came here with my friend just now. Had the best costumer service. Employee LJ was very helpful super nice and patient and had a great attitude.
Brought my daughter Dr. Martens yesterday for which she needed them for a performance at school. We got home to notice that the store manager gave me two right foot boots. Called in to let him know what was wrong and that I was coming to purchase another pair, because the performance was starting in 30 mins. The boots were already with my daughter at the school, which I did not have time to go get them to take them back. So pressed for time I got to the store and he wasn’t professional at all or did he apologize for the inconvenience. They lost a customer
