Used for a prescription refill for my daughter when her primary doctor was not available. Worked exactly as stated. Appt next morning and picked up meds at my pharmacy that evening. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be using them again.

Please be advised, UCHA and Excel Spinal have moved to a new location: 637 Westfield Ave, Elizabeth NJ. Just one block from where we used to be. UCHA is located on the 1st floor and Excel Spinal Health & Rehab on the 2nd floor. Patients are welcome to park in our Garage.

Tried to go in today, I do admit it was my fault going in an hour before they closed but it said they closed at 8 and I arrived around 7. I had to get my blood pressure checked per my doctor and they tell me the only doctor that’s as working already left and they didn’t have anyone there not even a nurse to help. They didn’t seem to care and I ended up driving 15 mins to someplace else not feeling good at all. If the doctor already left they should have locked the doors or said from the beginning they are not taking anymore patients for the night. I feel bad for leaving this review because I do understand we’re in a pandemic but still, they need to have better coordination and guidance

This place need so much guidance as far as communication. The workers need better communication skills. The two main females that are in the front desk seem very annoyed. I came in October 29 at 2:15pm. Why work there especially in this type of industry if you don’t have patients. This bad rating couldn’t been prevented you these workers act like they care about theirs patients that walk in the door.
