Terrible experience! The valet left the lights on so that when I returned the battery was dead. I saw the valet turning the lights on and never turn them off. Of course, they are trying to make the customer responsible, but the truth is that the valet was the last person who drove the car and never turned off the lights properly. It is a shame to blame customers for not letting you take advantage of them. The car just came out of the Toyota inspection and was in perfect conditions. They were not able to jump start an Hybrid car so the only decent guy there called All State (not AAA). They refused to pay to jump start the car and locked me inside (basically they kidnapped me) when I told them I wasn't responsible for the charge. Scary! Not to mention that there are CDs missing from the car, but of course that is my fault. Be honest, and take responsibility. It's the least you can do!

I have used this lot for several years and they never disappoint. The new shuttles are very nice and easy to enter/exit. Price is always fair and my car is waiting for me when I return
Park2Go was reasonably priced and they kept my car blemish free while I had it parked there for a few days. They have a van that drives you to the airport from the parking location which was quick and convenient. The drivers were friendly. I have no real complaints with Park2Go. Although the desk staff was not the warmest, they were professional and handled the whole transaction well. Compared to some other parking companies, this is one that seems reliable and well established. I will be using them again in the future.
I love the Park2Go at the Newark Airport. The service is amazing! They park our vehicle for us, shuttle us to the door at the airport, and have a nice warm vehicle ready for us when we return. No waiting, no cold vehicle to get into, and the price is right. I would highly recommend Park2Go!
I would definitely use Park2Go again. Lot was secure, staff friendly, short wait for shuttle which was very clean, and location very short distance to Newark airport. Return service was hassle-free as well.
