Everyone in that office is super nice especially the guys. They make sure you’re comfortable and work with you if you don’t have insurance or if it is your first time. Between filling paper work and being seen, I was there for about an hour and a half. Will definitely be depending on them from here on out.

Beautiful clean facilities. All staff were friendly, polite, professional, helpful and informative during my visit. Everyone was following Covid-19 guidelines. Only 2 people in the waiting room. I was called in shortly after filling out my paperwork. I have been to the old location on Jefferson Avenue in the past.There has definitely been great improvement with staff customer service over the years. There is a little plug in box in the room that was really helpful with my nervousness. I dont know who thought of this but It was awsome. They sell them on amazon. I will be purchasing one or more for my home. I believe the nurse practitioners name is Valerie. My apologies if the name is incorrect. I have seen her in the past and at this visit. She is extremely informative and thorough. Explains her every move. You can tell she cares about your health and your comfort during her visit. SHE Has an EXCELLENT bedside manner. I am grateful to have been seen by and taken care of by her. Planned parenthood is very lucky to have this wonderful Nurse. I thought she was a doctor! I would definitely recommend my friends and family. It really was a pleasant experience all around.

I had an 11:30 appointment, and arrived about 20 minutes early to check in, and complete paper work. The front desk staff was very attentive, and friendly! The waiting room was comfortable, a bit crowded but everything was spaced out due to the current circumstances (COVID pandemic). I waited about 20 minutes after completing my paperwork to be called in, and I was attended by a very female nurse who was very sweet, and ensured by comfort. The doctor was also extremely professional, while also ensuring my comfortability by making jokes and asking about my personal life. My visit was completed by 1:30, and I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. :)

They claim its “first come first serve” but i came at 9:15 & i watches numerous people come AFTER me & be seen BEFORE me. & when i asked the rude receptionist why she told me “i just have to wait to be called”. Unprofessional. Trash service.
