My iPad was working fine although the screen had cracked. On a rare visit to Jersey Mills, I left it at Pro-Tech to replace the screen at a cost of 90. The service was fast and the technician courteous EXCEPT THAT once the charge ran out, my iPad has never been able to charge or start up again-it alternates between the icon and a red flash. At last follow up, I got a polite (\u200d️) “what you want me to do? Come over there and fix it?”. Wish I’d read the reviews! BAD BAD IDEA. Lesson learnt if you buy Apple, let Apple fix it.
The attention to detail is above and beyond your expectations. Ismail fixed my devices that were water damaged. He was also nice enough to give me a free screen protector along with the fix. I got my device in a timely manner and left me to know that he’s the guy to deal with electronic repairs! I recommend this service to everyone because he’s trustworthy and hardworking.
Had an iPhone repaired with protector and a few days later screen cracks. Told that the protector will protect screen if not covered with warranty. I take the phone back to repair the screen since I have the protector that should protect the screen on and the tell me that they cannot cover the damage because that can happen with any protector and that I would have to buy another screen cheap products are used and you are better off going to apple and save yourself the headache with the cheap parts they use. Do not recommend.
Repaired my galaxy S6 and price was reasonably priced. Very fast service also.
Fixed my Samsung screen it worked for couple of days and the phone stopped working after couple of days . It just blacked out again .
Offer no warranty and have no return policy. Apple is cheaper and installs it right the first time. I went for a fix and got a bigger problem. Don't do it, bottom line. Oh and their LCD isn't even good quality, i wasn't expecting an apple screen but damn.
Was visiting NJ and had a broken screen came to this store was really happy with their service. Highly recommend this place for your phone repairs!!!
