We found this local company during our search for a steel building and thank the heavens we did cause all the other companies were outrageously priced but Don the Owner was right on time and straight up with everything's no B.s.ing and when ever an issue had raised he was on top of it and the best part of things he had the whole package he had referred us to the erecting company who took care of things from the moment the building delivered to completion Mr Steinke was there all the way top notching I would recommend this company to anyone in our neighborhood or anywhere for that sake even though our building was delayed about a month mainly due to covid. Everything went off better then we could of hoped for. from the Concrete to the last bolt in the siding. And the after market widows. Thank you and your team for top quality building.
I was looking to have a project done in my farm, I needed a new barn since the one our family had was already a bit old, we spoke with Don and he was very knowledgeable about what we needed, they really made my parents happy when they saw the end result, we haven't had any quality problems till now, thanks Don.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD..........This guy is terrible. We priced a building with him, and mid way through it ran 20K over (he held us hostage for the money while we were out of town and had no choice but to agree) He lied every time we called him (I can't hear you, I am on a mountain working, I can't talk I just had an accident-went so far as to send us fake photos!!!) the building has the wrong insulation, Don tried to hold us up to pay for garage doors after we had paid for them, and lied to us about ordering them. The subs he referred were terrible. (and this was his BEST crew, he said) they put the insulation in wrong, the man doors don't open properly, and they put the top trim on the side and vice versa. Never returned our calls, and also held us up for more money. Worst construction experience ever, and we have done a lot of buildings. RUN away from this guy. We think he's a very experienced crook, and would not recommend him at all. We still may go to small claims.
