!! Taco Tuesday 1 Tacos Al Pastor !! Wandering on Elizabeth Ave. I came upon this restaurant with its inviting trompo in the window, right around the courthouse and Broad St. Elizabeth. This is a taqueria first and foremost, but the menu is expansive, offering hard-to-find items like the street food staples such as pambazos and moletes. If you're in the mood for a platter-style dish, order an alambre. Go for their tacos al pastor, but stay for their antojitos menu. Everything I've sampled has been delicious, including their house-made horchata.

MÉXICO Eat the World NYC review: For some reason today's article compares al pastor trompos in New Jersey and New York City as if they were going to the World Cup. We've always found that Jersey versions had the edge, especially up on Bergenline, but put on the brakes hard when we noticed this beauty in a small Elizabeth storefront named after the small town in Puebla that the owners hail from.
The food was okay but not in special, one thing that I could not understand the lady and she replay me back in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish. The place needs to work on cleaning.
Food was ok, prices are decent, cleanliness needs to be addressed, wife looked to the ledge of the wall and there at plain sight was a mouse dropping.
Nice place...I like the new menu..
A must try stop if you love authentic mexican tacos!!!
