OVERNIGHT PARKING AVAILABLE I just delivered a load of onions here and it was good. They took me in one day early BUT YOU DO NEED APPOINTMENT. If you miss your appointment they will ask you to come at midnight. Also, you can park over night in the staging area. But you have to park in the staging area to check in, either way. The process is slow and they it will take few hours to deliver here.
The service is bad. We arrived at 6am to download, currently it is 6.40pm and we are still waiting to be downloaded. in the office they only know that they work in order of priority. Priority?? this is disrespectful. We lost a load, money and work time. I do not recommend this place. They are a company that has no organization to work with.
2 to 6 am appt. Park in staging area at 830pm to check in. Didn't realize needed trailer license plate. Didn't know it, no problem finish giving them the rest of the info needed told to pull up they got the license number. Parked inside the gate at inside staging. 1am in a door. Out of there at 530am. Respectful and informative staff. Only complaint is the outside staging area is essentially waiting in line. And the only reason I was able to follow the guard instructions was the line next to me had cleared out. Really need a better parking area to get checked in at.
Long long wait It’s a DC ShopRite Better break it down by your self they take all day to do it . 2 pallets 5 hours still waiting
