bad bad bad, really a bad service this place is like a scam honestly! a month ago I went over there with my mom to find a bed. Unfortunately, my mom found one and is still the day that we are still waiting for the bed to be delivered! every time that we call or they never answer, or they answer but just to say a bunch of excuses about why they don't have the bed yet! my mom and I are extremely tired of waiting, she still sleeping with me because they're not going to deliver the bed! and when we finally ask for a refund, the girl that was there told me that it takes 14 days but now it has passed more the 14 days and they still haven't give us our money back! when we called to see what happened again, they just say a bunch of nonsense excuses and never give us a call back! unbelievable if I could give them less than a zero I would! if I don't receive the money that we paid, you guys don't let me any choice but sue you! because money don't grow from the trees, we make them by our work and sacrifice! but most of all my mom and I were really patient and very polite with you guys so is a shame that we received this kind of bad service or I if could say for you guys a simple joke!

This review is long overdue. I came here last month to look for living room. They have great selection and unique furniture that you won't find in big retail stores. They have classic and modern styles of the major brands like Coaster, Ashley, as well as others so chances are they can order what you want if it's not on the floor, What made me give to Yadi's Furniture a 5 star was that their customer service, was excellent! They spent time with me and answered all my questions, very professional, humble and friendly. I told them that I was still shopping around and comparing prices and models and they were still attentive to my needs. I was not rushed or pressured, and i had a cup of coffee :), Great prices, great services, great workers, great inventory and options, I'd definitely recommend them. Thank you very much.
This furniture place has horrible service they tell you one thing and it’s never done I was suppose to have furniture delivered 3 days ago And I’m still waiting and every time I go in person to ask what’s going on they tell me the samething that there running late but they will deliver it and nothing. They don’t even answer the phones
cheaply made furniture. took months for me to get a dining room set. no options given or money returned. basically, i had no other choice but to wait. VERY UNPROFESIONAL. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Is there a way to give less than a zero?? Buyer beware this place is awful and will lie straight to your face and smile while doing so. I paid for a specific table and chair set and received the table with no chairs. When I called to figure out what happened the sales woman told me that they were damaged when they came in to the warehouse that it would be 2 weeks before I got them. I waited and nothing came in. Called and they said they where stuck in shipping from the country of origin and hadn’t shipped yet. I told them I had been using folding chairs this whole time and I was having a family dinner and couldn’t have people sitting on plastic chairs so they offered these other chairs that didn’t match the table until the ones I paid for came in. I figured at least that would help short term and accepted. I was guaranteed that they would come in no later than an additional month and nothing came in. I was so disappointed I told them I wanted to return the table since I paid for something that I never received and neither the sales woman nor the owner wanted to give me what I paid for or refund me. I have never received the right chairs and still have these ugly chairs that don’t match the table. Scam artists to the fullest. Stay away from this place they don’t deserve to be open treating people the way I was treated. The worst sales experience I’ve ever had, so bad that it has changed the way I shop forever.
Worst place I ever done business with left and deposit left me waiting twice went back to get my money for deposit store never open now I have to go to court to get my deposit which I'm in the process of if I ever want my money back that place seems like a scam the on in union city and 34 the st in reference to what the owner wrote why should I trust a company with 2 failed delivery waiting 10 hours total completely lied to and can't be trusted you just can't handle the truth and plus lied to me about someone coming to store on numerous occasions and was more than patient wasn't my fault u messed up on your end now court the only option for a manager who constantly lies like I've read in other posts I think the owner has alot of nerve to post something negative about me but how would he feel if he lost 800 dollars lol not too happy I bet

0 STARS!!!! Worst experience ever! I had originally asked a Full size bed and changed it to Queen because the lady said it's no extra cost and not a problem at all since I still haven't received it. I paid for my bed (cash) August 6, the lady told me it would be delivered the following Friday August 10. It is now September 10 and I am still waiting on the to be delivered. They have told me many different stories about the delivery date. They tell me that they don't have the bed, they can't find it, that it's out of stock everywhere and they also keep telling me it'll be delivered in 3-4 days. They do not want to reimburse me because my order for the bed was a layaway. At this point they assure me I will not find the bed anywhere else, they will not return my money or give me what I paid for. She says it's my fault for changing the bed's size. She wanted to give a bed that was on the floor I paid about 645 for a bed, I expect it to be brand new from box not a floor sample. I ended up ordering the bed directly from Ashley Furniture on September 4th and received it today September 10th, therefore there is something shady with Yadis Furniture, THEY HAVE BEEN LYING TO ME FOR A WHOLE MONTH AND PLAYING WITH MY TIME THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. I was also lied about the finish material on the chest. I am also waiting for 2 nightstands I ordered from them, which they won't remove for my finance account balance. I received my vanity table from them DEFECTIVE! The "delivery coordinator guy" is super rude and sarcastic. I was "helped" by Elizabeth at the Union City location & the other lady at Elizabeth. AWFUL SERVICE!! THEY SHOULD NOT BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.
