This location needs help! The pharmacy needs management and training for all staff. The staff members do not know their jobs. They often have to explain how to use their own computers to each other. Elizabethton Walgreens is the slowest pharmacy. They will also change your medicine if they are out of stock for a \similar\ medicine. Oh no! Go to Erwin walgreens, they know how to get the prescription to the correct patient and within minutes!

When professionalism counts the most this Pharmacy does not know the definition of that. I witnessed an associate raise her voice to an elderly person and not one bit of compassion and whatever happened to being nice to customers and thanking them for their business. We can do better that that just don't spend your money there.
Has anyone ever had different prices on their Prescriptions it seems they never charged me the same priced twice it's always 15 or 20 more or less Every time I go I would like to know where my money goes.
Always great customer service and you can get not only meds but you can get food, Cosmetics, phones/phone card and even more. Anytime you need help they will help you.
